Courses and Enrolment

How do I enrol in a course?
Visit the course page and click Register Now. Complete your registration and payment through our secure payment portal. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with all course details including your Zoom joining link for live sessions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payment processed securely through Stripe, and bank transfer where available. Course fees are displayed in AED and are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. For payment queries contact support@acad-courses.com or WhatsApp +971 50 331 6070.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. All participants who complete an ACAD programme receive a Certificate of Completion. For accredited programmes, the certificate will clearly state the accrediting body and the number of CPD points or hours awarded for that specific programme.
Can I access the course recording after the live session?
Yes. Recordings are made available to enrolled participants for a limited period of 30 days after the session. Access details will be shared after the course. Recordings may not be downloaded, redistributed, or shared with others who have not enrolled.
How long do I have access to course materials?
Access duration varies by programme. Recorded on-demand modules are available for a fixed period from the date of purchase. Live session recordings are available for a limited time post-session. Full access details are stated on each course page before enrolment.

Accreditation and CPD

Are ACAD courses accredited?
Yes. ACAD is accredited by the CPD Standards Office (UK) and select programmes carry DHA and EHS recognised CPD points. Each programme page and certificate clearly states which accrediting body applies to that specific programme.
Do my CPD hours count toward my DHA licence renewal?
Yes, for DHA-approved programmes. Each programme page clearly states whether DHA or EHS recognition applies. Your certificate will also state the accrediting body and point value, which you can submit directly for licence renewal.
How do I verify my accreditation?
You can verify ACAD's accreditation through the CPD Standards Office directory at directory.cpdstandards.com — search for Association of Contemporary and Advanced Dentistry. For DHA or EHS approved programmes, verification details are stated on your certificate. For further confirmation contact support@acad-courses.com.

Technical Support

What platform is used for live sessions?
All live online sessions are conducted via Zoom. A joining link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp prior to the session.
I have a technical issue. Who do I contact?
Please contact us at support@acad-courses.com or WhatsApp +971 50 331 6070. We will respond as quickly as possible to help resolve any technical difficulties.

Refunds and Cancellations

What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course date are eligible for a full refund less a 5% processing fee. Cancellations within 3 to 6 days are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future programme. Cancellations under 3 days or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Recorded modules are non-refundable once more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Please see our full Refund Policy page for complete details.
Can I transfer my enrolment to another person?
Enrolment is non-transferable to another person. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your enrolment to a different ACAD programme of equal or lesser value, free of charge, up to 7 days before the original programme start date. Transfer requests made within 7 days of the start date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Please contact support@acad-courses.com to request a transfer.
